      4. The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data regarding the data voluntarily provided on the Website.

    1. Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are entered into the Operator’s systems.
    2. By storing cookies on end-user devices.
    3. In the case of sending an inquiry via the contact form “request a quote,” the provided personal data will be processed as necessary to take action at your request (before concluding a contract) based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. In other cases, the legal basis is the legitimate interest arising from the Administrator’s business activity (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

      3.Selected methods of data protection applied by the Operator

      1. Login and personal data entry areas are protected during transmission (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal data and login information entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the destination server.
      2. User passwords are stored in a hashed form. The hashing function is one-way – it cannot be reversed, which is currently a standard for storing user passwords.
      3. An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of software components.

      1. In certain situations, the Administrator may share your personal data with other recipients if necessary to execute the contract with you or to fulfill the Administrator’s obligations. This concerns the following recipient groups:

    • authorized employees and collaborators who use the data for the purpose of operating the website
    • companies providing marketing services on behalf of the Administrator

      3. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, provided that the objection cannot be exercised if there are legally justified grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, particularly for establishing, pursuing, or defending claims.
      4. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warsaw.
      5. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the Website.
      6. Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be performed to provide services under a contract or for direct marketing by the Administrator.
      7. Personal data is not transferred from third countries as defined by data protection regulations, meaning it is not sent outside the European Union.

In some cases, the Website may record information linking form data with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such cases, the user’s email appears within the URL of the page containing the form. 4.
