32 264 03 11Elastomer Bearings – production in Compliance with EN 1337
We manufacture elastomer bearings from a natural rubber (NR) compound, with permanently vulcanized steel plates. The production process complies with EN 1337, ensuring consistent parameters and high technical quality. Years of experience in combining rubber–metal and rubber–metal–Teflon materials have enabled us to develop proprietary technological solutions that guarantee durability and reliability of the finished components.
Elastomer bearings play a key role in bridge structures – they transfer vertical loads, allow linear and angular movements, and compensate for stresses arising from structural activity. Thanks to the elastomer’s high resistance to weather conditions, temperature, lubricants, and chemicals, the bearings maintain stability and long service life even under challenging operating conditions. They are primarily used in bridges and road viaducts made of reinforced concrete or steel, ensuring safe and durable performance.
